Who we are

What we collect

When you use this site or buy from us, we collect:

• Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it at checkout, your phone number.
• Your shipping address.
• Your business name and the Google review link or Google business listing you choose. We use Google’s public business data only to build your review link.
• Your order history.
• If you create an account, your account details. Your password is stored hashed, never in plain text. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us.
• Messages you send us, and anything you type into the shop chat assistant.
• When you add something to your cart, technical details about your visit: your IP address and the approximate location it points to (city, region, country), your browser, device type and operating system, screen size, language, timezone and the page you were on. We use them to recognise and follow up on unfinished orders and to prevent fraud.
• The email address you give at the start of checkout, kept with your cart even if you do not finish, so we can remind you about what you left in it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to the payment information you give it.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Fulfil and ship your order, and program your sign.
• Send order confirmation and shipping emails.
• Answer your questions and provide support.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who processes data for us

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Google, for business search and optional Google sign-in.
• Cloudflare, for our hosting network and the Turnstile bot check on sign-in forms.
• Our email delivery provider, to send order and account emails.
• Our AI provider, for the shop chat assistant. It receives chat messages only, so please do not enter personal information in the chat.
• A cloud storage provider, where our encrypted backups are kept.
• Shipping carriers, which receive your name and address to deliver your order.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies:

• nfc_cart keeps your cart.
• nfc_refresh keeps you signed in.
• nfc_locale remembers your language, and is set only if you pick one.
• Cloudflare and Turnstile set cookies for security, and Stripe sets cookies on the checkout page.
• We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. We keep account data until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

If you live in California, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
