Terms of Sale

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Agreement

These terms apply to every purchase from NFC Review Signs. By placing an order, you accept them.

Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any discount shown. Shipping is shown at checkout, as is sales tax where it applies. If a price is shown in error, we may correct it.

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil — for example because of stock, suspected fraud, or a review link we cannot verify — and if we do, we refund it in full.

Custom programming

You are responsible for giving us the correct business and Google review link. We program and test every chip, and lock it with a password so no one else can rewrite it. If we program a different link from the one you supplied, we replace the sign free of charge.

Results and Google’s review policies

We do not guarantee any number of reviews or any rating. You agree to follow Google’s review policies: do not offer incentives for reviews, and do not ask only happy customers to leave one (review gating).

Trademarks

Not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC. Google is a trademark of Google LLC. Our products work with Google Reviews; references to Google describe compatibility only.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost reviews. Nothing in these terms limits any right that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when.
