NFC review cards: reviews that travel
An NFC review card is a credit-card-sized tap card that opens your Google review form. A stand waits on the counter; a card goes where your customers are: in a delivery bag, in a technician’s pocket, handed over with the receipt.
How they work
Each card has an NFC chip programmed with your Google review link before it ships. A customer taps it to the back of their iPhone or Android phone and the review form opens straight away, with no app and no QR code to line up.
The front is printed “Review Us On Google” with the Google logo and five stars on a white matte finish; the tap side is black.
Built to be handed out
They are standard bank-card size (85.5 × 54 mm, 0.76 mm thick) on waterproof PVC, so they survive wallets, pockets and a wipe-down. Packs come in 5, 10, 30, 50 or 100 cards.
Who uses them
Delivery drivers and mobile services, where there is no counter to put a stand on. Staff who meet customers one to one: stylists, technicians, valets. And shops that tuck one into every bag, so the customer can leave a review at home.
Questions, answered
- Do the cards need an app?
- No. Every modern iPhone and Android phone reads NFC on its own, and the review page opens in the customer’s normal browser.
- Can I change the link later?
- Yes. The chip is rewritable, so you can point the cards at a new link without reprinting them.
- Card or stand?
- A stand collects reviews at one spot all day; cards go home with customers. Many shops use a stand at the till and cards for deliveries.
