Google review signs for car washes

At a car wash the customer barely gets out of the car. They pay, they wait and they drive off. That is a short window to ask for a review, but there is one: the cashier's window, where every driver stops.
At the pay window
At a drive-up booth, hold the stand out of the window as you hand back the card, and the driver can tap without leaving the seat. Customers who come inside to pay will see a stand beside the cash register.
Where people wait
Full-service washes and detailers usually have a waiting area. A sign on the counter there gets attention while the car is being finished — and the customer has their phone out anyway.
For detailing shops
Detailing is a bigger job and a bigger bill. Ask at the handover, when the customer sees the result. Hand them a PVC card so they can review later with a photo of the finished car.
Questions, answered
- Will the sign survive water and soap spray?
- Indoors or at a covered window, yes. Keep it out of the wash bay itself.
- Can drivers tap from inside the car?
- Yes, if the sign is close enough to reach through the open window.
